Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use Azuri. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@getazuri.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Azuri lets you create AI-generated videos, including UGC videos featuring AI avatars and Ad Creative videos with voiceovers and background music. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service from time to time. Some features rely on third-party technology providers, including AI voice providers.

• Pay as you go. Azuri does not charge subscriptions. You purchase tokens and use them to create videos, custom avatars, and other features.
• Pricing shown upfront. Before you create a video or use a paid feature, the Service shows the number of tokens it will use. By confirming, you authorize that deduction from your balance.
• Token expiry. Tokens you purchase do not expire while your account remains active.
• Starter offer. The new user offer ($10 of tokens for $1) is limited to one per person, household, payment method, and organization. We may withdraw the offer or remove tokens obtained through misuse, such as creating multiple accounts.
• No cash value. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to another account.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, such as sales tax or VAT, which will be shown at checkout where required.
• Refunds. In general, there are no refunds, except in exceptional cases. Please reach out to support@getazuri.com.

• Your inputs. “Your Content” means anything you upload or provide, including brand assets, product information, scripts, images, and reference photos. You keep all rights to Your Content.
• Your outputs. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable tokens, you own the videos you create with Azuri (“Outputs”) to the extent permitted by law, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including paid advertising. Stock avatars, voices, music, and templates remain the property of Azuri or its licensors and are licensed to you for use within your Outputs.
• License to us. You grant Azuri a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you. We do not use your content to train any AI models.
• Similar outputs. Because of how AI works, other users may receive outputs that are similar to yours. Your ownership does not extend to similar outputs created independently by others.

• Real people. You may create a custom avatar from a photo of a real person only if you are that person or have their clear, informed permission to create and use their likeness in AI-generated videos, including for advertising. We may require identity or consent verification, such as a live consent video, before an avatar is created.
• Public figures. You may not create avatars of celebrities, politicians, or other public figures, or of any person without their consent.
• Withdrawal of consent. If a person whose likeness was used withdraws their consent, you must stop using the avatar and any Outputs featuring them, to the extent required by law and any agreement with that person.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting any rights and permissions required for Your Content and for any likeness you use.

You agree not to use Azuri to create or distribute content that:

• impersonates any real person, or misleads viewers into believing a real person said or endorsed something they did not;
• presents AI avatars as genuine customers or testimonials in a way that is deceptive or violates advertising laws, such as the FTC’s rules on endorsements in the US or the CAP Code in the UK;
• is sexually explicit, or involves or targets minors in any harmful way;
• promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or discrimination;
• contains false or misleading claims, including unproven health, medical, or financial claims;
• relates to elections or political campaigns in a misleading way;
• promotes illegal products or services, or infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• violates the policies of the platforms where you publish it.

You also agree not to misuse the Service itself, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, bypass security or usage limits, scrape it, or use automated means to create accounts.

We may review, block, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for how you publish and use your Outputs, including complying with advertising laws and the rules of platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Some laws and platforms require AI-generated or synthetic content to be labeled. You agree to follow all disclosure requirements that apply to you.

Background music provided in Azuri is royalty-free and licensed for use within videos you create on the Service. You may not extract, resell, or distribute music tracks or voices separately from your Outputs. Voiceovers are generated using third-party providers, and their use is subject to these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, templates, stock avatars, branding, and the Azuri name and logo, belongs to Azuri or its licensors. Except for the rights granted to you in these Terms, nothing gives you any rights to them.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including photos and other data used to create avatars. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. In general, any tokens remaining in the account will be zeroed out. In exceptional cases, you can reach out to support and we may refund the token balance.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated content can be imperfect, and we do not guarantee that Outputs will be error-free, meet your expectations, or achieve any particular advertising result. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azuri will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Azuri in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or, in the UK, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to defend and indemnify Azuri against any claims, damages, and costs arising from Your Content, your Outputs, your use of anyone’s likeness, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use Azuri after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims locally.
